Opposition to the Roger Varian trainee includes Sheikh Ahmed Al Maktoum's fellow newcomer Meydaan (Ire) (Frankel {GB}), who is a son of G1 Pretty Polly S. victrix Nezwaah (GB) (Dubawi {Ire}), from the Simon and Ed Crisford stable.
